02 — Who we move
Two disciplines
Homes andbusinesses.
A home move protects belongings and a building. An office move protects a business's ability to open on Monday. They need different plans, and we run them as different disciplines.
Commercial
Offices, medical suites, retail and warehouse. Sequenced after hours, labelled to a floor plan, rebuilt in position for Monday morning.

Local Moving
Boxes are inventoried and staged, the truck is loaded in a planned order, and the route is set before the crew arrives. Most local moves in South Florida are a single-day job.
Long-Distance Moving
The corridor is planned end to end: load date, transit window, delivery window. Your inventory is numbered and checked at both ends, so what left is provably what arrived.
Packing
Fragile items are individually wrapped, cushioned above and below, and packed so nothing shifts when the box is lifted. Every box is labelled to its destination room.
Commercial Moving
Departments move in a planned sequence rather than all at once, so no team loses more than one working day. Workstations are labelled to a floor plan and rebuilt in place.
Storage
Everything is inventoried and wrapped before it is racked, and the same inventory is checked against the load when it comes back out.
Junk Removal
What is leaving is separated from what is moving before loading starts, so nothing is paid for twice.

We walk your inventory — in person or over video — and give you the crew size, the hourly rate and an honest time range in writing.

Planning
Building rules, elevator windows, certificates of insurance and parking are confirmed at both addresses before your date is locked.

Packing
Fragile items are wrapped and boxed to survive stacking and transit, and every carton is labelled to its destination room.

Loading
The truck is loaded in a planned order so the first items off are the ones you need first.

Transport
One crew, one truck, one point of contact, with the route set before the day begins.

Delivery
Floors and door frames are protected at the destination before the first item comes off the truck.

Unpacking
Cartons are opened and contents placed room by room, with all packing debris removed the same day.

Setup
Beds, tables and shelving are rebuilt with the hardware that was bagged and labelled when they came apart.

We walk every room, closet and the garage with you before the crew leaves, and nothing is signed off until you are satisfied.

Questions people actually ask
How much does a local move cost?
Local moves are billed by the hour: $120 per hour for 2 movers with a truck, $150 for 3 movers, and $190 for 4 movers. There is a three-hour minimum and a flat $50 fuel charge per move. A second truck doubles the crew as well as the hourly rate. The calculator on this page uses those exact rates.
Is the estimate the price I pay?
For local moves, the hourly rate is fixed and agreed before we load — what varies is how long the job takes. The calculator gives you an honest range rather than a single number pretending to be certain, and we would rather tell you the range upfront than surprise you at the end.
Why is a long-distance move not priced on the calculator?
Because it cannot be priced honestly by the hour. Long-distance costs are driven by volume, distance and delivery windows, so we survey the move and give you a written quote instead of a number we would have to revise later.
Do you charge a deposit?
A $50 deposit reserves your date. It is applied to your total, not added to it.
Are there discounts?
Veterans and seniors receive 5% off the moving service portion of the bill. It applies to labour, not to the fuel charge or specialty item handling.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Miami and serve all of Florida. Our densest coverage is Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Doral, Kendall and West Palm Beach.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for my building?
Yes. Send us your building's requirements when you book and we will arrange a certificate matching the wording and limits they specify.
What will you not put on the truck?
Flammables, aerosols, corrosives, compressed gas, ammunition, open liquids and perishable food. We will tell you before move day rather than at your kitchen counter.
